"I needed something different and I knew I needed someone to hold me accountable. At the time I joined I was miserable, probably the heaviest I’ve ever been, and had it drilled into my head that if I didn’t eat “healthy, clean, low calorie” foods I would not make any progress or if I ate one cookie it was a “disgrace”, as I was told by not only myself but former ‘coaches’ as well. Going from that to eating anything and everything I wanted was not good mentally or physically. Two weeks in, I started to notice a shift in the way I thought about food. I can still eat enjoyable meals and still eat a cookie and not feel like it was the end of the world. Now, I don’t crave the sugar and junk food like I used to or binge eat like I used to. Hi, I'm Taylor!

I'm a certified online Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, and Sports Performance Enhancement Specialist.

 

I was in a place where I was unhappy, taken advantage of, hated the way I looked, and felt helpless. I knew I wanted to change, but I had no idea where to even start. I was so overwhelmed by all the information that's out there.
