8 WEEKS | HOME OR GYM PROGRAM
Are you tired of starting over? Putting yourself last? Do you want to be happier, healthier, and be confident in the skin you're in? This is the sign you've been waiting for! In these unprecedented times, your physical and mental well-being is so important. Think of this challenge as the one thing you can control. I have made this challenge home or gym based, so you can participate whether you have equipment or not.
The challenge starts Monday, November 9, 2020.
Training app access and programs will go out the Friday before, so you have time to prepare before the challenge. To ensure each participant receives the support and attention they deserve, spots are limited and typically sell out quickly.
What's great about the program is that it will progressively get more challenging as you go along. It's time to challenge yourself both physically and mentally!
WHAT YOU'LL GET
Delicious recipes included, with nutrition recommendations on your daily caloric intake, flexible dieting, how to track your meals, water intake, snacks, and alcohol intake. Recipes will be quick, easy, & tasty, to ensure you enjoy what you eat, and so you won't have to spend a lot of time preparing them.
We are in this together! There is a private chat group where we can motivate, support, and encourage each other. We share recipes, inspo, our progress, and even our trials. For added accountability, you will have biweekly check ins via photos & measurements with Coach Taylor to ensure you are progressing and on track to reaching your goals!
Your participation and support in this challenge will not go unnoticed! There will be a cash prize at the end of the challenge for the individual who participates & supports the group, is consistent with the program, and who has the best overall transformation, focusing on mental and physical progress!
