The challenge starts Monday, August 2, 2021, and combines 1:1 coaching with the TSF Training App. The training app allows you to track your workouts and progress, chat with coach Taylor, and access your program anytime, anywhere!
Training app access and programs will go out the Friday before, so you have time to prepare before the challenge. To ensure each participant receives the support and attention they deserve, spots are limited and typically sell out quickly.
What's great about the program is that it will progressively get more challenging as you go along. It's time to challenge yourself both physically and mentally!
