"I needed something different and I knew I needed someone to hold me accountable. At the time I joined I was miserable, probably the heaviest I’ve ever been, and had it drilled into my head that if I didn’t eat “healthy, clean, low calorie” foods I would not make any progress or if I ate one cookie it was a “disgrace”, as I was told by not only myself but former ‘coaches’ as well. Two weeks in, I started to notice a shift in the way I thought about food. I can still eat enjoyable meals and still eat a cookie and not feel like it was the end of the world. Now, I don’t crave the sugar and junk food like I used to or binge eat like I used to. Taylor is amazing, checking in every day, answering every question & concern. Sharing her own, real life situation experiences which was a huge help. Like our real life hype girl behind the scenes who genuinely gives a s***! The workouts are amazing and definitely challenging for all levels. Now I love going to the gym again & have the confidence to go again."
