"I needed something different, and I knew I needed someone to hold me acountable. At the time I joined, I was miserable, the heaviest I've ever been, and I had it drilled into my head if I didn't eat "clean, low-calorie foods" I would not make progress. It was to the point where I'd buy a chocolate bar, eat 2 pieces, and throw the rest out in fear of eating it all. I went from that, to eating anything & everything. Two weeks into the program, I started to notice a shift in the way I thought about food. I can still eat enjoyable meals and not gain weight. Now I don't crave the sugar and junk food like I used to, or binge eat like I used to. Taylor is amazing, checking in every day, answering every question & concern. She's like our real life hype girl behind the scenes who genuinely gives a s***! The workouts are amazing & definitely challenging for all levels. Now I love going to the gym again & having the confidence to go again."
